Cancellation Policy

At Angie and Coco, every order is prepared with care and attention. Because many of our products are made-to-order, subscription-based, or part of limited pre-sales, we can’t always accommodate cancellations once your order is placed. Please read the details below before completing your purchase.

1. Subscriptions

  • All subscription purchases are final and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

  • By purchasing a subscription, you agree to commit to the full subscription term as described in the product listing.

2. Pre-Sales

  • Pre-sale items must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.

  • All pre-sale orders are final and cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

  • Delivery timeframes for pre-sale items will be provided in the product listing. While we do our best to meet these timeframes, delays from suppliers or shipping providers are outside our control. We will communicate any significant changes to you as soon as possible.

3. Standard Orders

  • For all other orders, you may request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing hello@angieandcoco.com.au with your order number.

  • After 24 hours, your order may already be cut, packed, or dispatched, and cancellations may no longer be possible.
