Class Bookings — Cancellations & Transfers

Class Bookings — Cancellations & Transfers

Our classes are small and intimate, with limited places — so when you book, that spot is reserved just for you, and your kit is prepared with you in mind. To keep things fair and lovely for everyone, here's how cancellations and transfers work 💜

  1. Change of mind is non-refundable. Because places are limited and your kit is made up especially for you, class fees can't be refunded if you change your mind or are unable to attend. Instead, you're welcome to transfer your spot — see below.
  2. Transfers. Need a different date? No worries at all! You can transfer your fee to another class as long as you let us know at least 24 hours before your class start time. Your included kit comes with you, and fees can be transferred once.
  3. Send a friend in your place. Can't make it but know someone who'd love it? You're welcome to pass your spot to a friend — just let us know their name beforehand so we can have everything ready.
  4. Less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or not turning up, mean the class fee and kit are forfeited.
  5. Multi-week courses. When you book a multi-week course, your fee secures your place, your kit, and your spot in the group for the entire run. Before the course begins, the transfer terms above apply (24 hours' notice before the first session) and we can move you to a future intake. Once a course has started, fees can't be refunded or transferred, and individual missed sessions can't be credited — but please let me know if you'll miss a week and I'll always do my very best to help you catch up. 💜
  6. If we ever need to cancel. Occasionally we may need to cancel or reschedule a class — for example, if we don't reach the minimum number of bookings. If that happens, you'll be offered a full refund or a transfer, whichever you prefer. For multi-week courses, if we're ever unable to deliver a session, we'll reschedule it or refund you for that portion of the course.
  7. Please arrive a little early. Our classes open with important machine and safety basics, so please aim to arrive 10 minutes before we start. We're not always able to catch latecomers up, and class times can't be extended.
  8. A little grace. Life happens 💜 If you're ever dealing with a genuine emergency, please reach out — we'll always do our best to work something out with you.

Thanks so much for understanding. These few guidelines are what let us keep our classes small, personal and welcoming for everyone.

Vicki xoxo
