We know how exciting it is to get happy mail—especially when it’s fabric! Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your orders and what to do if something goes wrong.

🚚 Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Flat Rate Shipping – $12.00 (tracked via Australia Post)
• Free Shipping – On all orders over $150
• Express Post Upgrade – $16.00 (select at checkout)

We pack and dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days from Sydney. Your parcel will arrive in recyclable or compostable packaging because we like the planet as much as we like fabric.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you order. But if there’s a problem:

Change of Mind – Due to the nature of fabric cutting, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully and reach out if you’re unsure before purchasing.

Order Issues – If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll make it right.
