We know how exciting it is to get happy mail — especially when it’s fabric. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and what happens if something goes wrong.
🚚 Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Flat Rate Shipping – $12.00 (tracked via Australia Post)
- Free Shipping – On all Australian orders over $200
- Express Post Upgrade – $16.00 (select at checkout)
All orders are packed and dispatched from Sydney within 2–3 business days.
Your parcel will arrive in recyclable or compostable packaging because we like the planet almost as much as we like fabric.
🌏 International Orders
At this stage, checkout is available for Australian orders only.
However, we’re happy to look at international shipping on a case-by-case basis. If you’re located outside Australia and would like to place an order, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you order. But if there’s a problem:
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of fabric cutting, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully and reach out before ordering if you’d like help selecting fabrics or coordinating colours.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we’ll make it right.
