Timeline & What to Expect
When does the program run?
January 2026 is the prep month (videos only, no sewing). Monthly fabric shipments run from February 2026 through January 2027.
What do I receive each month?
A curated fabric pack for that month’s round, plus access to the matching tutorial video. Some months include light prep for future rounds to keep the workload balanced.
When are kits dispatched each month?
Kits ship in the first week of each month (public holidays may push by a few days). You’ll receive a shipment confirmation via email.
Payments & Billing
How does the billing work?
Your first payment is charged at sign-up. Recurring payments run February–December 2026. No payment is taken in January 2027 because December’s charge covers your final kit.
Is this a fixed commitment?
Yes. This is a 12-month subscription and cancellations aren’t available once the program begins.
What if my card fails?
We’ll retry automatically and email you to update details. If unpaid after 7 days, your shipment may pause until the payment succeeds.
Can I use discount codes?
Introductory/promotional codes (if offered) apply to the sign-up payment only unless otherwise stated.
Shipping & Packaging
Where do you ship?
Australia-wide. International by request—email us for a quote before signing up.
How much is shipping?
Flat-rate tracked shipping per monthly kit (shown at checkout). Combined shipping with other store items isn’t available for BOM kits.
What if my parcel is delayed or lost?
If tracking stalls beyond the carrier’s window, contact us and we’ll help lodge an inquiry. We’ll replace items that are confirmed lost or delivered damaged.
Fabrics, Pattern & Substitutions
Do I get the pattern?
Yes, the official Tara Faughnan Ramble pattern is included as part of your subscription.
Are fabrics exactly as pictured?
We follow Tara’s colour story closely. If a print is discontinued or delayed, we’ll make a thoughtful substitution of equal quality and vibe.
Can I use my own fabric instead?
To keep the experience cohesive, this BOM is supplied as curated monthly fabric packs. Using your own fabric is not supported for this subscription.
What if I’m short a piece?
Email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Please include your order number and a photo.
Skill Level & Tutorials
Is this suitable for me?
Designed for advanced beginners and up. You should be comfortable with a ¼" seam, accurate cutting, and following patterns.
What techniques are covered?
No-tear foundation paper piecing, strip piecing, curved piecing, and traditional piecing—taught via step-by-step monthly videos.
How do I access the videos?
You’ll receive a Thinkific access email. Keep your login safe—access is for the original purchaser only.
Problems, Changes & Support
Can I pause, skip, or catch up?
Monthly kits are produced and shipped on schedule. We can’t pause or skip months, but the pacing is designed to be achievable.
Returns & refunds?
BOM subscriptions are made to order and are final sale (except for defects or issues we’ve caused). If something’s wrong, we’ll fix it.
Colour variations on screens?
Screens display colour differently. We photograph in natural light, but minor variation may occur.
What tools do I need?
Rotary cutter, mat, rulers, fresh needles, neutral thread, and standard piecing tools. We’ll note any optional extras in monthly emails.
